“Do these work? After taking them for 35 days; they arrived day after I ordered them, I have absolutely no idea. I certainly feel no different. This type of supplement to me is more about the psychological impact and generally changes you make at the same time to diet and exercise, which are the things that subsequently have a more dramatic impact on your general health. Maybe it's a combination of my natural scepticism and the fact I already feel that I have a fairly healthy lifestyle (diet and exercise wise) that I 'feel' no overall benefit from these. Looking at the ingredients at least there's nothing listed that can do any harm, although I would dispute some of the claims made for them as the research is pretty sketchy - particularly around chlorella, which years ago was touted as the answer to the potential food shortages we would experience. If I were going to buy these I'd buy the 270 capsule version as that gives better value. Me, I'll stick to healthy eating and exercise.”

“As someone who can not stand green smoothies, kale or most of the new "super foods" that help de-tox this are a good way of getting these wonder foods in my diet. They are quite a large tablet to swallow so need a drink to help them down ( no vodka allowed! ;) ) and I have had no unpleasant side effects at all. As for feeling better, well having cut down on refined sugar and rubbish I had an initial lull and no feel all the better for it and these are no doubt helping with that too.”

“I was slightly apprehensive about trying this product as I have a sensitive disposition and have reacted to previous detox products - but 3 weeks in and no ill effects. Other reviewers have listed the products - most of which seem to be beneficial to health - with the exception of the colouring. I tried whilst on holiday so was not expecting weight loss as we were eating out most evenings - however I did not put weight on (not normal for my holiday binges!) so maybe having some effect - I am tempted to but another bottle as I am keen to improve my nutritional input and support a detox regime after Christmas and I think this product is worthy of a repeat order.”

“I choose to try these as I am nutritionist and I like using chorella. It IS quite different from Spirulina and detoxes heavy metals from the body. IT is very good at dong this and I like using on myself and my patients . I like and use psyllium husks daily and again use it in treating patients. I find it the most excellent type of fiber for IBS and and as a general aid to most people's low fiber diets. IN fact I like and use all the ingredients except titanium dioxide.. Now that is a gaff. Why on earth add that to something for health???? They do need to re think that one fast. I have not used them long enough for weight loss but there is a working principle here. Firer helps with weight loss and chorella might, just might be an aid. Fennel,too. FOr bowels they do work and I like the fast and gentle results that gradually make and pattern and flow that keeps the body more regular. One of the reviewers said that psyllium is a little like Senna. I want to clear that up. It is not at all like that .It is pure ,soluble fiber and while it helps the passage of waste it is not a laxative. It is pure fibre I think it is a good product and I know a lot but they would have to take the titanium dioxide out for e to give it full marks.”

“I have been taking 2 of these detox capsules every day for around 2 weeks. They contain Chlorella, Psyllium Husk, Alfalfa, Fennel Seed, Garlic, Ginger, Green Tea, Bladderwrack (seaweed), Prune & Pectin. Since taking I haven't had any noticeable detox effects such as clearer skin or increased energy although I have been slightly more regular since taking these and less bloated. I haven't lost any weight. I haven't experienced any adverse effects such as diarrhoea or herxheimer reactions (sometimes associated with detoxing), although sometimes I get mild nausea an hour or so after taking but it quickly wears off. There is no after taste despite the capsules containing garlic although you can detect a strange flavour when swallowing (probably the Chlorella or prune). As the primary ingredient is Chlorella I researched it and it is said to remove heavy metals from the body hence the detoxing effect. I would say that these are mildly detoxing capsules, all of the ingredients are beneficial to overall health and can be found in a green smoothie, so I am sure that they are benefiting my health in some way and for that reason I will continue taking them but I would be unlikely to purchase again as I don't look or feel any healthier and I think there are more powerful detoxing supplements out there.”

“I have heard about many benefits of colon cleansing so I decided to give it a go. Colon cleansing (also known as colon therapy) encompasses a number of alternative medical therapies claimed to remove nonspecific "toxins" from the colon and intestinal tract. Tablets have arrived nicely and securely packaged without any damage being done to packaging. Tablets are reasonably sized and are odourless so they are extremely easy to swallow. I have been taking this tablets for few days and I have already noticed first effects. I feel more energised and I have notices that I have lost some weight! My skin looks much better and what is most important I feel better about myself! This is a very high quality product!”
