“I, like many people, are sceptical of the claims of diet companies. FORZA were impressively efficient, customer service, excellent. The shakes are a reasonable price, and we bought some thermogenic caps also. I feel, well, no cravings, the shakes are easy to mix, and losing weight easily. Overall very good products, and I recommend this product and the company for anyone trying to lose a few pounds or more. Enjoy!”

“I recently came back off an all inclusive holiday just over a week ago weighing 11st 9lb was devastated. I am going away with my partner on our first holiday together in August and desperately need to lose weight. I ordered these shakes and started them Monday this week 5th June 2017 it is now Friday 9th June and already amazing results I have lost 8lb in 5 days now weighing 11st 1lb. I have just received my next lot of shakes and can't wait to see the final result my stomach is already looking flatter instead of looking pregnant and i feel so much better in myself and confidence is now starting to return. Wow wow wow is all I can say truly outstanding and have already recommended it to friends at work. The shakes are easy to mix and taste amazing. Wish I had found this product months ago and will always purchase again from forza. Very efficient and quick delivery.”

“I've only been doing the shakes for 3 days, on my 4th day now and the results are incredible. All my clothes are baggier and I never feel bloated. The shakes taste delicious, I'm not normally a fan of sweet drinks but these are too tasty to say no to. I would recommend this product to everyone - really good buy!”

“I lost nearly a stone in four days,amazing results .i have porridge in the morning,a shake for lunch and dinner.when I feel hungry ,I have banana or apple n drunk loads of water.sometimes when I feel really hungry,I will have a homemade chicken sandwich.will recommend it”

“I have just ordered the 3 for 2 of the larger packs from Boots and have my fingers crossed I will lose some inches. BUT - am I looking at the nutrition information wrongly? Each 55g pack has a sugar content of 25.9g, I thought women should only have 25g of sugar in one day! Please advise as I was hoping to have two of these per day!! Asda's own make is 17g and Slimfast Ready to drink - Vanilla Cream Shake only 1g?? Shirley”

“I have tried plenty of shakes before and they can either taste like dishwater or be very thick and powdery but these mixed with water actually taste great i am really happy! Used them to lose some extra pounds before holiday and its working, belly looks flatter already! Defiantly worth a try for breakfast and lunch!”

“I am 6"6 weighing around 18st. I started with these, one in the morning and one for lunch then a balanced meal for dinner (No snacking between) drinking only water (5-8 cups a day). I have also been jogging for 20 minutes a night and doing some abs work out. This is my 4th day and i weigh 17 and a half stone! The shakes are very filling and taste lovely, just like normal milkshakes. Cant fault them whats so ever!”
