“I only started to use the shakes yesterday but I must say I am impressed. Both the vanilla and strawberry that I've had so far are really tasty and smooth. I had them for breakfast and lunch with a healthy meal for dinner and didnt feel overly hungry through the day. I had enough energy for a workout and 2 walks also. I had the starter kit which came with the K2 supplements and a surprise pack of the detox tablets. The k2 Defford helped my energy stay up through the day and I even didn't feel the need to drink coffee at all!
