“I think they are good but have found the calorie intake is quite high so instead of having the full sachet I half each of mine. Not only does it help weight loss quicker but also last longer as it is also very expensive so not a lifestyle change you could keep up.”

“Quick and easy to do. I'm not as keen on the hot ones but they may come in handy when it's cold. The hot ones are a little too sweet for me.”

“The hot drinks were awful, too sweet to drink, I didn't manage a whole one. The only cold shake that was just about drinkable was the strawberry flavour. Would NOT recommend at all.”

“I really liked the variety of products and flavours within this box. Enjoyed all flavours, I admit they are sweet, but I quite like that. I found that adding little extras made them feeling like a treat, frozen berries into the strawberry flavour are lovely and a little nut butter in the chocolate tastes AMAZING! They did help me with weight loss and I definitely found that they kept me feeling full. I'd buy them again.”

“not happy with them as the main ingredient is dextrose which is SUGAR!! so ill be sticking to other sugar free meal replacements. wish I could send them back as ive not opened them”
