“Tried these yesterday prior to a hard weights session - usually take them at the beginning so they kick in 20-30 minutes into my training and all good! I use 2 tablets per session because I drink a lot of caffeine generally so I have a high tolerance level - I wouldn't recommend 2 for anyone who drinks less than 4 cups of coffee a day so be careful :). Far fewer side effects compared to pre-workout drinks so very happy with this alternative; however, you do not feel the same kick as a pre-workout supplement so don't expect the same hyper burn, this is purely an extra kick to keep you going.”
