“I've done a lot of reading on psyllium husk (aka ispaghula), and it can be found in a lot of laxative products. There are many purported benefits of taking psyllium husk, but the only reason that I bought these was for the laxative effect. I have to take copious amounts of painkillers for long term osteoarthritis, and a lot of these are Codeine based, which as you probably know - bungs you right up! Therefore, this is the product for me, as it should make me more regular, and it natural AND gluten free! Delivery: 5/5 Arrived very quickly via Amazon Prime Packaging: 5/5 Great, attractive packaging as with all Forza products! Performance: 5/5 This stuff works really well. It won't work instantly (like in cartoons), but is gentle and mild, yet very effective. It is a bulking agent which absorbs moisture, giving some "body" to your stools - making them easier to pass! Just remember to drink plenty of water each day. Value for money: 5/5 How can you put a price on constipation. Anyone who suffers would pay a fortune to ease the problem. Great value for money!”

“Great product, well packaged and quick delivery. I have used psyllium husk for some time, it helps me feel fuller and not eat so much but I have previously got mine from the health food shop loose by the scoop so was interested to see how it would be in a capsule. These are sooooo much nicer. For anyone who knows psyllium husk when you put it in your drink it starts as a sort of powdery seed but soon becomes gooey if not drunk straight away. The capsule prevents that from happening. I opened one of the capsules and it appears to be exactly the same 100% psyllium that I am accustomed to. Please please please make sure you drink lots of water when using this product (as per the bottle instuctions) as they really swell in your stomach and can cause serious blockages if you dont drink enough.”
