“I've read a lot of amazing things about MSM(methylsulfonylmethane). It is a white capsule. You take two tablets twice a day. Two after breakfast and two after dinner. They seem quite large although I have found a lot of vitamins to be very similar in size but as they are of an oval shape they are quite easy to swallow. You swallow with a whole glass of water. It is good for a lot of things inside the body and on the surface. It was initially its claims about how it could help smooth out wrinkles that first grabbed my attention. The idea that taking a pill to get rid of my wrinkles was a no brainer. But I didn't realise that it has so many other benefits too. It is good for hair and skin. It also has anti inflammatory properties and apparently good for energy. But after reading more when I recieved my bottle of pills, it seems that this is only a 1 month supply and you need to be taking it for 16 weeks/4months maybe even 6 months before You would notice a difference in the surface of your skin and those pesky wrinkles. Although I doubt it would take quite so long to feel the benefits from within the body. I have only been taking it for 10 days so not seeing a difference yet. However after reading that there have been trials of this drug I would be willing to keep at it for the recommended time. It would work out at Â£25 per month which when you think of it and the fact that it helps so many things within the body and on the surface then it's not really that expensive.”
