“They don't feel half as thick or heavy as what they used to be, considering the price is higher I'm not impressed. The quality of the hair extensions are lovely and they feel lovely and soft, but I just think given the price cap, they aren't what they used to be!”

“Overall I was not impressed with my first order from FoxyLocks. My Mocha Toffee colored extensions did come in very quickly, but when I took the sample piece out I noticed the hair had some serious red undertones that completely changed the color of the hair. The hair was also lighter than pictured. I still gave the 3 star (acceptable) rating because when I reached out to FoxyLocks customer service about it via Instagram they were very kind and offered to reimburse my return shipping. I sent them back with a piece of my hair so FoxyLocks can match my hair more closely.”
