“I got a gift card for my sisters birthday, I had a hard time processing the transaction as it couldn’t differentiate between my details and hers. Then it didn’t send to her on the nominated day (her birthday) so it was late. Which resulted in me having to tell her what I’d got so she could check her email/account. When she did get the email, it wasn’t applied to her account so she had to have them sort it out for her. All in all, she’s happy because she loves the products but I was frustrated with the delivery of it seeing as it was a present”

“The product itself looked lovely but when it arrived it was called “Caramel Blond” on the box - and the hair itself is very blond - so not really the caramel brown colour per the picture online. But the product itself looks high quality.”
