“First, the customer service is wonderful. They called me every step of the way to ensure I’d be home to receive the delivery. The delivery man was so lovely, he realized I was building a pallet bed and mentioned that he had done the same. He gave me a bunch of great tips. The pallets were in great quality once I received them and I was able to get the exact result I expected.”
