“The taste is a little like chewing flavoured plastic. I™m almost at the end of my jar and as of yet have not noticed any dramatic difference to my skin, nails or hair. I™ve recently had my hair trimmed & bleached so I guess time will tell but as of yet no noticeable difference..”
