“Easy to swallow and whilst they have a slight odour they don’t leave any aftertaste and don’t irritate my stomach. Good range of different vitamins and minerals and all in a high dose. As I’ve gotten older my hair which was once shiny and smooth is now dull and frizzy so it needs the boost. Bit steep for a one months supply though.”
