The sizing does need some attention as it no way matches the size guide though, having said that, kudos to customer services who responded very quickly - even during their busiest time. I’ll certainly give them another whirl and see if the replacement sizing will be a better fit. For reference, and to assist others, I ordered L which should have been 26”-28” but they’re more like a 30”-32”!”
