“This one cleaning product has pretty much replaced all my old conventional stuff; it cleans surfaces and glass absolutely brilliantly. I got linseed paint on my linen dress and out some of this in the washing machine with some oxygen bleach and it got the paint out! Pretty much a miracle but I would not be without this wonderful cleaner now. The smell is very similar to the traditional Marseille soap imo, I personally really like it but you could always add essential oil to it if you preferred. 100 stars!”

“Wow. Used this on the stitching on my leather work boots, the bathroom and to remove some dirt from painted walls. A great all round cleaner.”

“Was hugely disappointed. I love good soaps but after using this black soap, nothing felt clean. Perhaps it was just the after smell which was not pleasant. However, this is only my opinion and perhaps it's just because it is an unknown product. I do use Savon de Marseille for other uses. Not the black soap, however.”
