“I was thrilled with my soap on first use. It's a very good soap indeed and cleans glass well. However if there is a drop of oil or grease in the washing up water, or the sponge, the soap can't handle it at all. Not only does it not remove grease, but it seems to react and create a horrid, thick grease that's very unpleasant and difficult to remove even with a blast of fairy liquid, I have hard water and this might be part of the problem. I have enjoyed using the soap - it's very long lasting and dries out well in between uses, but I didn't find it practical to use and I won't buy again.”
