“Lovely fragrance, but as Ive mentioned before these shower products are not for you if you want a foamy, lather. Just literally a liquid soap. I like them!”

“Product clearly watered down . Doesn’t look the same colour as picture . It’s cloudy and bubbly as if water has been added . After washing hands with it , there is absolutely no smell of the lavender . Complained and was told I would receive a replacement bottle , that was 2 weeks ago and still nothing !!”

We are sorry you were unhappy with your product. We sent a replacement and informed you of the tracking details and also the GPS co-ordinates of the delivery and provided you with the photo of delivery too. We also refunded the original product. Our products are all traditionally made and do vary from batch to batch and depending upon the weather conditions, particularly when they are hand made. For complete consistency you may prefer a high street product that contains more stabilisers and preservatives to ensure uniformity. We are happy to help advice on any of our products at any time.

“Smells wonderful and doesn't dry out my skin. The only thing is you might need to use a bit extra each time if you like lots of lather.”
