“I thought I'd try the pure olive oil soap on my face as I've been reading ingredient lists on my regular skin care products and realised I was being systematically poisoned! Well I haven't looked back, it lathers nicely, suprisingly thick and creamy once it gets going and after rinsing my face feels squeaky clean - in a good way. The smell does take a bit of getting used to but now I don't notice it and much prefer it to chemical fragrances, consequently I've had no allergic reactions whatsoever, just really clean, moisturised skin. I experimented with it as a shampoo, although I did need a conditioner afterwards as my hair is quite dry but this exciting discovery is not only good for my purse and my skin but drastically reduces the need to buy plastic bottles - I wish I'd found it sooner.”
