Hi Vikki Thanks for your order. We see from the tracking that your parcel was delivered on the 17th August, a photo of the delivery was provided by Royal Mail and the GPS co-ordinates fit with the address you provided. We haven't heard from you regarding any issue or concern so we are surprised to read your comment here. FS

“This soap is lovely and creamy and a good size and shape - but it had no scent whatsoever ( I double checked with family members and friends in case my nose was impaired! !) Shame as I adore almond (PS delivery was super fast)”
