“Awful experience: I asked if the 5 +1 offer was available and was told well, that is the best value, but it wasn't available on the order screen, I was sent an email saying order despatched via parcel force so I asked for a tracking ref, it wasn't available because it was despatched with R Mail, it arrived and was one soap missing, the paperwork showed that one soap hadn't been ticked off, but it was the wrong soap. I'm waiting for a refund for the soap I paid for that was missing. No acknowledgement so far of my email to say it was missing from the box. J Lee”

“I ordered five soaps for my daughter. She seemed delighted with them. I loved the perfume of them all. However, l was disappointed that only some were actually wrapped individually. I think some sort of paper wrapper would be nice. I would order again as they smell wonderful and the service was good. Kitty Stobbs”
