“I was thinking this sauce would be chunky, but we loved the flavor and totally “get” the smooth texture. I also get the reason for the plastic squeeze bottle—you can literally add this to anything and everything! I hate ketchup, but I can see a future filled with red hatch chili sauce accompanying most of my meals! Tomorrow’s eggs? Oh, yeah!”
