“The Fresh Red Chile Sauce Xtra Hot arrived quickly in the mail. I couldn't wait to try it. It has definitely the freshest taste I have ever had from a sauce. Tasted like they just blended it up in my own kitchen. The heat level is good, not overpowering but has a little kick. I am totally recommending this product. 10/10.”

“This is sauce is really good! I recommend adding some water because it is really thick for things like enchiladas. This is a good thing as it will last longer!”

“Excellent flavor, could be a little bit chunkier, bit disappointed in the heat level, probably around 10,00-20,00 (Serrano pepper) on the Scoville scale, personnel opinion Xtra Hot should bring the heat, 200,000-400,000 on the scale ( orange or red Habanero). But then again, Your a Chili company, not a hot sauce company. Reward: Cant take the heat out if its too hot, can always add heat too taste. really like your sauces (red, green & blend), will be a return customer. Keep up the good work & I will share your info / products up here in Western Washington State. Thanks R.Doucet”
