“This is the best thing I have found just short of roasting my own! I live in South Carolina and fresh Hatch chile is hard to find. I got my pack, tasted the Hot Green Chile and it was amazing. Day 2 I made Chicken enchiladas with the Medium Red & Green mixed... OMG!!! AMAZING!!! Thank you Fresh Chile Company for some great products! I am excited to try all the rest!”
