“Have tried red, green, and Christmas and like them all. Green jar is out for any breakfast and other meal prep too. Medium red is great in the stacked enchilada recipe. Will be using more this weekend in the posole recipe.”

“Both the Green and Red/Green were great. I had shared in my office and both received great reviews. The Red only was thought of as a bit bland, no significant flavor. Maybe we need to use in a different recipe or without other strong flavors that loose the subtle flavor of the Red. I liked the 6 pack as it allowed me to share your great product with others.”

“Closest thing to fresh we’ve ever had. Highly recommend. Medium has some heat so if you are tender-mouthed choose the mild. Prompt service. We will order again.”
