I tried this, to save waste with makeup wipes/cotton wool etc
Just wet it and it removes foundation,eyeshadow etc.
I gave one to my daughter-she is equally impressed, having been
a devotee of makeup wipes for years (just needs to dip it in a cleanser for mascara now)”
