The can only went in if you shoved the top down as hard as possible and then you couldn't remove the top after that because it was stuck on the can because you had to screw/push it down so hard.”
Debra,We apologize that the email aggravated you. We typically need to see a video because it sounds like a product flaw. We have a large number of customers that use it just for Coors so it could be a flaw with the lid. Hopefully we can get this fixed for you!
