“Well the product it's ok the only 2 problems are the shipping it takes Forever I will like faster delivery and also one of the Kozies the First responder I received it Damaged and it was going to be a Christmas gift and they offer me a Discount on my next purchase but honestly I wanted another one of the same design but unfortunately I didn't get it I got the flag design so tanks but not 100 percent satisfied.”
“The product is great! My only issue is I ordered early for Christmas gifts and didn't do best job of picking colors folks would like. I've sent email right after Christmas to Customer Service about swapping them but haven't received a response 3 weeks later. My recommendation is to make sure you are ordering the one you or others want before ordering. At this point I'll probably just order additional ones in correct colors and resell the originals or keep them around the house for guest. Posting to hopefully help others avoid this issue.”
