“The can koozie is nice and my husband and step-dad really like them. I found the shipping to be problematic. I ordered Memorial day weekend, early enough that it should have got here by Father's Day. There were three levels of shipping when I checked out. I chose the middle level which I believe was 8-10 days shipping. It was a dollar or two extra than the lower level. I also paid the extra insurance fee. They arrived one day before Father's day. It took 21 days for the package to arrive. Even if I don't include weekends and the holiday, It was way longer than the shipping I paid for. I checked the tracking many times, but the delivery service did not provide and estimated delivery. The tracking was difficult to use. I copied the tracking number and pasted it in the site and there were no updates. I also downloaded the app that was suggested and I really did not like the app. The third-party app was telling me I had all my Amazon shipments on the way that I had already received, but no update on when I was recieving this product. In short, the koozie was good but the shipping time was way longer than expected.”
