“I bought 4 Universal 2.0 Buddy's and got 2 free flip lids. The lids won't screw on all the way and they leak very bad. I can't drink from the flip hole so I use a straw but can't tip it at all or I get my drink in my lap. “The Frost Buddy is GREAT. Keeps my drinks cold for couple of hours. Their shipping department needs a LOT of work. Website and email told me it the product was "in stock" and "Ships 1-2 business Days". My product didn't get ship for 3 weeks and that entire time the website still said my product was in stock. Need to stop lying and change the Website to "Ship 10-15 business days".”
