I ordered Christmas gingerbread, snowball, mint choc swirl, clotted cream, choc swirl and chocolate cherry gateau which all were amazing. I loved the mint choc swirl the best along with the gateau one and the gingerbread one too! Pure blissful yummiest fudge in the whole world. I can't wait to order my next box!

Genuinely the best fudge i’ve ever eaten. I went to Canterbury last year for my anniversary and fell in love with the fudge I had whilst I was there. We had the salted caramel and the dark chocolate sea salt flavour (which tasted like brownie mix). I ordered it again for our anniversary as a surprise to my boyfriend and he was overjoyed. I don’t understand how you get it so creamy and delicious! I got the butter pecan, salted caramel and the dark chocolate and sea salt…all fantastic…10/10! I will continue to place orders with your company as I believe it to be unmatched to any other fudge store.

Fudge itself incredible tasting, nice to see the quality hasn't changed in the years I haven't had any. A hit of nostalgia came over from back when I used to get this stuff locally (sadly the oxford store doesn't exist anymore). Sadly there were some negatives. Firstly it sucks the range to pick from is alot more limited online, especially when the nearest store now is like nearly 2 hours away. Next was the delivery itself. It was very clear that the day I selected was not the delivery date and this resulted in my parcel not arriving for when I expected. When I emailed I didn't get the most helpful reply and found it quite frustrating. And then my parcel was running late within the period I was told to expect it, to which it got to 48 hours and I emailed again. While waiting for a reply, my parcel turned up thankfully, which I was relieved with only to then finally get a reply from customer services to say they could see I've got my order. They mentioned there was a quicker delivery option but I never saw this option when I originally ordered (perhaps a technical issue? I know these things can happen) but as they even submitted themselves it's quite pricey anywhere and the 48hour itself was quite pricey. It's a shame because I was an avid customer back when there was a store in oxford but im unsure about being a customer online. I ordered on a friday, only option to despatch was Monday (which I thought was my delivery date I was selecting). I didn't recieve my parcel till Wednesday eve. I appreciate there may have been some misunderstanding on my part. But I just didn't feel it was handled particularly well.
