“Sadly much too sweet for my taste, and the texture really wasn't for me. I prefer my fudge a little less gloopy and more solid. It looks beautiful, though, and I'd guess it would be OK as a melted topping on a less sweet treat. I wound up giving most of my slab to my carer for her children.”
