However, we understand that they may not offer the same level of cushioning and support as our Fuji Tatami or Smooth Series Mats, which are specifically engineered for high-impact activities like heavy throws and takedowns and are used by martial arts clubs and tournaments. Fuji Fold-Out Mats are best suited for additional training and guided takedowns in alternative settings. For more intensive training involving heavy throws and takedowns, we highly recommend utilising our Fuji Tatami or Smooth Series Mats, which are optimised for such activities.
