“Excellent product. Exactly as described. Great for indoor and outdoor use, though minimum room size (empty) should be 2.5m x 3.5m to ensure a perfect fit indoors. Good quality, perfect for all three of my children (under 5) and it looks like it could take a lot more. The fan is noisy for indoor use, but I'm not going to mark it down for a product intended to enhance our Christmas before spending the summer in our garden (I'm sure that as technology improves, so will the fan). You will not find this product cheaper anywhere else (we found this product, initially, on another site and followed the link to the supplier and saved even more money. Whilst writing this review it has been advised that I don't mention Customer service or Delivery. I'm not sure why, as we all strive for excellence when it comes to these traits and our selection of supplier / manufacturer. I am going to give credit where it's due and say that the service was impeccable. Delivery of the item was flexible and expedited for a small fee (compared with most retailers and bulky items). I was able to track my item easily and was kept updated by both the supplier and the courier. Not only will I recommend to my friends, but I will certainly be ordering more products as my children grow. Wonderful products and amazing service.”
