“Hi. I haven't been happy with the fact I want to return the item as it does not work. I have been emailing a member of your team to which I have been told I should return this and I should pay for it. Your returns policy says you will arrange for collection. So now because i am still awaiting a reply again since last week that i won't get a refund on this when returned. Won't be using you again.”
