“The climbing frame is just as ordered however arrived almost a week after stated delivery, and was only delivered after I messaged them. Then they sent half the instructions and not all bolts and screws. Haven't answered the phone to me or replied to my multiple emails asking for the instructions to be sent over. Wouldn't but from them again and had we not put so much of it together prior to realising that we didn't even have what was needed to finish the same day I probably would have sent it back.”

“It took me 5 days to assemble it due to Lots screw were missing inside the box I contacted the supplier vie email as they never pick up the phone one of the online colleague replied to me and said they will send me the screw i was disappointed about it I had to go to toolstation to buy the missing screws. The screws came after I finished assembling it.”

“Although the finished product looks good it takes some doing!! The instructions and fixings kit didn't match up which resulted in a dash to b&q Christmas eve and a bill of £30 to buy extra bits and pieces When finished it's a good product and kids love it just have a bag of spares ready!”
