“Purchased for Grandson, fully charged on arrival but never successfully recharged again. Interesting to note that sold as 24volt model but stickers on item says 12volts, never seemed to have any power. Daughter in law fobbed of by hopeless customer service whilst trying to resolve matter. On our experience, don't buy as cheap Chinese product.”
