“I paid for this item at the end of november, it has never been recieved. I have repeatedly asked for a contact number, the where abouts of my purchase and given the company all my contact details as well. After 6 emails and no reply or explanation i have still had no answers and my 5 year old grandson will unfortunately go without his Christmas present this year as i have paid in full for this tractor for him. I am extremely disappointed. I am still to this day left with no reponse and out of pocket”

“This tractor is really good although looks like it will take a while to make it but looks worth it .. I would just like to say that the lack of communication isn’t very good it took a long time for my tractor to come and I tried ringing the number but no answer all the time I think if your customer service where better you would get more service”
