“You never sent the correct bulb. I originally ordered two and returned both since they didn't fit. I just received the replacement and there was only one bulb and it was the same as originally sent, incorrect. I would have given you a negative number if it was allowed. I just want to return the bulb received today and receive a full refund for the two I originally ordered.”
“I purchase the TV Lamp, however, neither of them worked and it I have no way of returning these lamps for my refund. The package it was shipped in was poorly wrapped and no return shipping label.
