“My lamp arrived and did not work after installation. I immediately contacted lamp pros about it and was told it was covered under warranty.
I was told I would need a return authorization number to warranty it out and once they received my broken lamp they would send a new unit out to me. Well I still haven't received my return number.
All communication from this company has stopped. I have sent several emails asking for the number. Not a single reply from them.
DO NOT BUY HERE!!”
