“I ordered this lamp because it was suppose to be an OEM replacement for my TV. The old lamp was secured in place using two capture screws that can not be removed from the housing. The replacement lamp did not come with screws to secure it in place. Even if I break the housing on the old lamp, because of the ridges holding them in place, they will not work with the new lamp. In order to secure the new lamp, I have to break the capture screws out of the old lamp, go to the hardware store, & buy two new screws without the capture ridges to hold the new lamp in place. It’s a shame a product that would be highly rated suffers because of a few cents worth of screws. I would normally still rate my purchase higher, but the company has ignored my emails asking for the screws, so basically I’m on my own to get something that should have been included. Poor service & while the product works, the buyer is still forced to spend the time chasing down two screws that should have been included.”
