“I was a little put out in that I paid for 2-4 day delivery UPS and it took 5 1/2 days by Fedx. I had to work to install it because the guide prongs were very short. After working for over 45 minutes I finally installed it, the lamp was very loose and did not fit tight.”

“The bulb is defective or is the wrong bulb. Part number on bulb is 915b it’s missing the rest of the part number. Replace bulb and would start working fine but about 5 mins in its starts flickering. Put old bulb back in and will deal with it.”
