“The lamp works! It wont fit as snug as the old one did but I promise it works. You just have to MAKE SURE THE BACK PANEL IS SHUT after you install it or the tv won't turn on. Its a safety feature i didnt know about. Took my whole tv apart before figuring that out lol”
“The bulb itself was fine. The problem was in the shipping. I ordered on a Wednesday and it shipped on Wednesday. It took 8 days to go from CA to FL. It spent 6 days in FL ! That's a long time to be without tv.”
“Ordered a Lamp from your company in August 2016 because my TV provided the alert to replace the lamp soon. Existing lamp finally stopped working December 24 2016. Replaced with a Lamp purchased from your company that didn't work. The lamp from your company is out of warranty now so I just wasted money on a poorly assembled lamp from your company.
