“The product was fine. Customer service was terrible. Paid for 2 day shipping still took them week. When contacted about matter they told me to cancle order or wait for it. This company is crap and will definately not feal eith them again.”

“I ordered this part after the lamp blew on my tv. Got the part on Saturday and was excited to get the tv going. It took an hour to instal it. The plug was misshaped so we had to reshape the plug which ended in the exterior part of the plug breaking off to get it to plug in. Tv worked till Tuesday evening when the lamp blew again.”
