“My lamp was delivered crushed, (the box). The lamp itself was broken. I contacted lamp pros,they wanted pictures, I emailed them. They sent a returned label for the old lamp. They sent a new lamp to replace the broken one. I got the new lamp not broken. All in all, they replaced the delivered broken one. Took a little longer to get, about a week, but I got it. Would use them again”

“My Lamp on my 65 inch Mitsubishi TV went out late on a Saturday night.
