“Customer service is awesome. Initially I ordered the wrong lamp, but was given a prompt refund after returning the lamp. Customer service provided the model# for the lamp I needed. I was able to confidently order the new lamp as easily as the initial lamp. Installation is simple, plug & play.
Hopefully, I won’t need another lamp for a while. But if I do I know I can purchase one from LampsPro at a reasonable price.”
