“Ordered on 12/02/20. Never received a text about delivery. Called on 12/09/20. Finally got through. Lamp is still in California. It's now the evening of 12/11/20. Still no bulb. Now I have been asked to give a review on a product I haven't gotten yet. If it ever comes I'll let you know. Update 12/12/20. Got the bulb. Works fine..”
“Customer service is not the most polite people, my attendant didn't speak English well, then gave me the wrong track number, after 3 phone calls I finally got it, I ask to speak to the manager, but that was a lost cause, the female manager never called me back. The lamp arrived after 5 days. It work just fine.”
