“I ordered the lamp and it was shipped in good time. Unfortunately it is not the correct lamp for my Runco VX-2C projector. When I sent a note to support to find out what could be done, I was told the bulb was "defective" and I should return it. When I asked about a bulb to fit my projector, I was told they do not have one!!! What???? The website clearly lists my projector with the bulb they sent. Now the don't have it???? What a joke this place is.”
