“Review for the non sony brand lamp delivered. Have not used product as it was bought as a backup lamp. In the website Lamps pro said brand was sony. we got a generic. Bad and deceptive business practice as all other vendors mention it is sony compatible and so customer knows it is not sony brand item. Charges are higher by at least $10 than other sites so one is led to believe it is a sony product. Upon complaint vendor says we did not say it was an original. What a joke of a company but I guess that is their way of doing business. I am not returning as I will have to forgo the 9.99 shipping paid already. But be careful when doing business with lamps Pro.”
