“Lamp is installed and seems to be working just fine. The box arrived opened (from USPS) with a finger print on the bulb. Cleaned up fine. Not sure if an invoice was suppose to be included, but there was not one in the box.”
“The lamp that I received is defective -- the lamp continually goes out which causes the television screen to go blank. The only way I can get the picture back is to reboot the television; however, the lamp goes out again after two or three minutes. Because of this problem, I request that a new lamp be sent to me. Upon receipt of a replacement lamp, I will return the defective one to you.”
