“Received lamp in great shape. Installed easily but it didn't work. Tried everything I could think of including different remotes. --- on off on off etc. As a last resort, I removed and re-inserted. It worked ! Come to find out when I originally inserted it I felt a "click" but had not pushed in far enough. You can definitely tell when it's in place completely.
FYI anyone can install these lamps. I'm a 67 year old woman and the TV is a 65", not a flat screen.”
