“I have used them several times since I got them a week ago . The gauge/ dial face is quite small but that may be nit-picking ..I just expected them to be a little bigger...Great little item though ..when you are doing other things while BBQ'ing the steak or burgers it can be tricky to keep track of the times of each item so this allows you to take the guess-work out of this ...Seriously , I was known as "The Cremator",,not since I started using these little beauties...A child could BBQ when you have these..James”
